Oliver

Oliver has practised forming all 26 letters correctly when writing this well known sentence. The letters are sitting nicely on the line and letters with descenders (f, g, p, y, q) are dipping under the line (don’t forget j too) and the tall letters are stretching up high (b, d, f, h, k, l, t). There is so much to think about when first writing all 26 letters. That’s why practice is so important. Well done Oliver.

Finn (2)

Finn has worked hard on the work from his Learning Pack this term. He has painted a collage of the world’s continents (he loved the song) and has learnt where we live and about Britain. He showed knowledge of the flags in the school hall and has linked them to the countries of the UK and then has drawn them. He has practiced his handwriting, tricky words and written about basketball and has also been doing lots of number work.
